3. customers pay us the delivery charge in advance, use door to door charge to sender by Express service

1. FOB or CIF Term by sea via customer's forwarder or our own forwarder

2. FOB or CIF Term by air via customer's forwarder or our own forwarder

1. What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3000-10000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your plan for purchasing, we will offer the price correspond to your qty. And we hope your would increase your order qty after you check our product quality and know our services.

2. Can I get a sample before making the order?

We are so glad to provide our sample for you to check our quality and give you some reference to check with your customer or your local market.We will be your strong support in China.

3. How can I get a sample?

We usually provide customer existing stock sample with free charge.  And if you need sample in your OEM color and print, we will charge you some cost based the real cost happening, and the charge is refundable when order is placed.

We normally ask for freight collection for sample delivery. If you have international courier account like Fefex, UPS, DHL and TNT, it would be great. If you don’t have courier account available, we could prepay the freight here and you just pay it to us before we send out the samples.

4. How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.

If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7-15 days normally.

5. How can I make a order?

You can select from our website for the items you need then make the order online directly or contact with our sales through TradeManager or E-Mail. Then they can make the PI based on all your request and confirmed all the details with you one by one in time.

6. How long is your production lead time?

It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ qty.

7. What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?

For printing design, we need AI or PDF file(must be create outline version) for set up the print-plate.

We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color, size and position before real sample making.

8. How many colors are available?

We match color with Pantone Matching system. So you just send us the pantone color code you need. We will match the color accordingly. Or we will recommend you some popular colors to you.

9. Which kind of certificates do you have?

Our products quality meet with FDA, BPA FREE ,LFGB,EU food safe grade and we already have certificates for some of our products

10. what is your payment term?

Normally we accept payment term as T/T30% deposit after order signed and T/T70% after pass goods checking before delivery (or against B/L copy based on the actual situation).
